Our quality approach is designed to support consistent appearance, reliable construction, accurate specifications, and professional presentation across products such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, anklets, brooches, hair accessories, bag charms, keychains, cufflinks, tie clips, jewelry sets, and other fashion accessories.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production to confirm that they meet the approved product specifications and purchasing requirements. Depending on the product, our checks may include material appearance, color, plating or finish, dimensions, stones, beads, pearls, crystals, clasps, chains, hooks, pins, charms, and other functional components.

• Visual inspection for scratches, discoloration, deformation, contamination, or other visible defects.
• Verification of material, color, size, quantity, and component details against approved samples or specifications.
• Inspection of stones, beads, pearls, crystals, and decorative elements for consistent appearance and secure placement.
• Identification and control of nonconforming materials before they are released for production.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during production to help maintain consistency and identify issues at an early stage. Production teams monitor workmanship and key process details according to product requirements, approved samples, and internal inspection standards.

• Checking assembly, soldering, linking, threading, gluing, setting, and other applicable processes.
• Monitoring the alignment, fastening, symmetry, and finish of jewelry and accessory components.
• Reviewing plating, polishing, coating, coloring, and surface treatment for consistent appearance.
• Performing inspections at appropriate production stages to reduce the risk of repeated defects.
• Separating and reviewing products that require rework, adjustment, or further evaluation.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are approved for packing, finished items are inspected against product specifications, approved samples, and applicable customer requirements. The inspection focus is adjusted according to the design, materials, construction, and intended use of each item.

• Overall appearance, workmanship, color consistency, surface finish, and cleanliness.
• Dimensions, weight, shape, quantity, and design details where applicable.
• Strength and function of clasps, hooks, chains, hinges, pins, clips, closures, and other moving or connecting parts.
• Security and positioning of decorative elements, including beads, pearls, crystals, stones, charms, and pendants.
• Consistency across jewelry sets and repeated items within the same order.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during handling, transportation, and storage while maintaining a clear and professional presentation. Before shipment, the order is reviewed against the approved packing instructions and shipping requirements.

• Confirmation of product style, color, size, quantity, and assortment.
• Inspection of individual packaging, inner packaging, cartons, labels, barcodes, and shipping marks when specified.
• Review of packaging protection for delicate finishes, chains, crystals, pearls, and other decorative components.
• Verification that packed goods are clean, correctly arranged, and suitable for shipment.
• Final checking of carton quantities and order details before dispatch.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality feedback from production teams, customers, inspections, and shipment reviews is used to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities. When a nonconformity is found, the relevant details are reviewed so that appropriate correction, rework, selection, or process adjustment can be considered.
